The swimming pool is external and heated therefore in the winter periods the temperature cannot be the same as in the summer period (about 4/5 degrees more than the external temperature), measures 6.30 meters in length, 5.00 meters in width with a depth of 1.40 meters in the upper area and 1.60 meters in the lower area. In front of the house we find a spacious and panoramic terrace, perfect for outdoor dinners, or simply to admire the beauty of the surrounding landscape, with the sea that extends to the horizon, furnished with a pleasant "Gazebo" and a stone BBQ. The strategic position of the villa offers a spectacular view of the sea, which can be appreciated both from the large internal windows and from the external terrace. The villa, which is rented in its entirety, is equipped with all modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing delicious dinners, while the dining room and large living room will offer you comfortable spaces to spend moments of relaxation. The property is spread over three floors plus a turret that offers a 360° view of the gulf, with an internal surface area of 380 square meters. The floors are connected by a charming staircase with slate flooring and wrought iron handrail. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms (190x170) on the first floor, one of which can be divided into two single beds if desired, and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (190x140), each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, while the fourth bedroom, also double (190x160) with air conditioning and its own bathroom, is located on the second floor adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 square meters, furnished in every detail with a professional billiards table. Access is via a rear entrance with a security door, the living area houses a dining room, a large living room, the kitchen, and a bathroom. The entire living area faces a large Genoese terracotta terrace. The refinement of the furnishings, the choice of fabrics and colors testifies to the infinite care that has been dedicated to every detail, taking up the colors of the sea. The parking lot is surrounded by large olive trees. "Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with a large entrance gate, and is reached via a steep climb covered with fragrant creepers. Surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees, it has a large lawn located in the southern part of the house, cared for down to the smallest details, with wonderful plants and flowers and a hot outdoor shower area. Below is some important information relating to the Villa that I kindly ask you to follow: 1) If there is strong wind or the beginning of rain, please pull up the electric awning. 2) For the safety of the house and yours, please close the green shutters of the living room and kitchen when you leave the Villa, the same thing when you go to sleep, they are very safe and help keep the Villa safe. 3) All the external lights come on automatically as the night gets dark, while at the entrance there is a lamp that will be on from 20.00 to 2.00am to allow you to enter the entrance and turn on the main lights. The input has only one button while all the black buttons are not to be used. Always in the entrance you will find the lights that light up the garden which must then be turned off when you go to sleep. However, there is a sign that tells you what they are. 4) At night the garden starts watering therefore I ask you to remove the cushions from the deck chairs and put them on the bench behind the house and then use them the next day. 5) You can enjoy the terrace or the garden until late in the evening but after 11.30 I ask you not to play music and not to speak loudly out of respect for the neighbors 6) Hot water takes about 15/20 seconds to arrive as the boiler is under the house, therefore I suggest opening the hot water, waiting for it to arrive and it is hot, then opening the cold one gradually. 7) Every Monday morning from 8.30 to 12.30 there will be gardeners for the arrangement of the garden POOL RULES AND OPENING DATES: OPENING FROM 1 APRIL TO 31 OCTOBER • The swimming pool measures 4.30 MT x 6.30 MT and has a depth of 1.40 MT. • Guests will use the swimming pool in strict compliance with these regulations. • Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk, exempting the property from any criminal or civil liability. • The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents, injuries or anything else caused by guests to themselves or third parties, especially if in violation of this regulation. • To ensure efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the swimming pool, common sense, education and collaboration of all are called upon. 1. The use of the private swimming pool is permitted only to guests of “Villa degli Ulivi” and its owners 2. Access is only permitted during the day from 08:00 to 22:00. 3. Please remember that there is no lifeguard present and therefore it is not guarded. “Maximum caution!” 4. It is mandatory to shower before entering the water. In any case, it is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having showered. 5. Smoking and consuming food or drinks in the bathing area is prohibited. 6. Armrests or life jackets are mandatory for all those who cannot swim. 7. It is forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts or anything else into the water or garden. 8. It is forbidden to introduce containers and/or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects not strictly related to bathing. 9. It is forbidden to run on the pool surface, push other swimmers into the water and dive (Attention, the height of the pool does not allow this and it is therefore very dangerous) 10. It is forbidden to play games or exercises that are dangerous or disruptive to neighbors. 11. It is forbidden to shout or raise your voice, everyone is required to behave in such a way as not to cause discomfort or harassment to other guests. 12. Children/young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them and is able to intervene if necessary. 13. Younger children are prohibited from being near the swimming pool without parents or chaperones. Very young children must wear a support panty. 14. If necessary, guests must use the toilets of the rooms/apartments assigned to them. 15. All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be compensated.
