1. The stay is reserved exclusively for the people indicated in the booking and registered at check-in. 2. All external lights such as Avenue, Entrance and Garden turn on automatically except those on the terrace in front of the house 3. Silence must be respected from 11pm to 8am 4. Parents (or whoever legally exercises authority over them) are jointly and severally responsible for the actions carried out by their minor children within the facility. 5. The garage is a private area. 6. The laundry is in common use and available to guests every day in the morning. 7. Every Monday, in the months of April, May, September and October, the gardeners will be present at the following times: 8.30-12.30. In June the opening hours will be 8.30-12.30/13.30-17.30, while in July and August the opening hours are 8.30-12.30 1. Deckchairs and garden chairs are available to guests. If placed on the grass they will have to be removed at the end of the evening. 2. In case of strong wind or bad weather it is mandatory to close the electric awning on the terrace. 3. The apartment is NOT equipped with a safe. Guests exempt the owner of the structure from any responsibility for theft or damage to goods or objects of your property left unattended in the Villa. 4. The property is not responsible for any damage suffered by cars, motorbikes or bicycles in the parking lot 5. Particular attention must be paid to the house keys, their loss will result in their restoration and therefore a cost of € will be charged. 250.00 per key, this amount will be deducted from the security deposit 6. Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa while it is permitted outside. 7. No events or parties are allowed. 8. The house will be delivered clean and in excellent condition. Guests must maintain it with respect. Waste must be thrown into the appropriate bins at the end of the stay. 9. At the time of checkout, the kitchen must be left in perfect order, Guests are required to take the utmost care of the house, furnishings and all household supplies and equipment provided. In case of failure to comply with the rules, the amount of the security deposit will not be refunded. POOL: · The swimming pool measures 4.30 MT x 6.30 MT and has a depth of 1.40 MT. · Guests will use the swimming pool in strict compliance with these regulations. · Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk, exempting the property from any criminal or civil liability. · The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents, injuries or anything else caused by guests to themselves or third parties, especially if in violation of this regulation. · To ensure efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the swimming pool, common sense, education and collaboration of all are called upon. 1. The use of the private swimming pool is permitted only to guests of “Villa degli Ulivi” and its owners 2. Access is only permitted during the day from 08:00 to 22:00. 3. Please remember that there is no lifeguard present and therefore it is not guarded. “Maximum caution!” 4. It is mandatory to shower before entering the water. In any case, it is forbidden to enter the tub with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without having showered. 5. Smoking and consuming food or drinks in the bathing area is prohibited. 6. Armrests or life jackets are mandatory for all those who cannot swim. 7. It is forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts or anything else into the water or garden. 8. It is forbidden to introduce containers and/or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects not strictly related to bathing. 9. It is forbidden to run on the pool surface, push other swimmers into the water and dive (Attention, the height of the pool does not allow this and it is therefore very dangerous) 10. It is forbidden to play games or exercises that are dangerous or disruptive to neighbors. 11. It is forbidden to shout or raise your voice, everyone is required to behave in such a way as not to cause discomfort or harassment to other guests. 12. Children/young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them and is able to intervene if necessary. 13. Younger children are prohibited from being near the swimming pool without parents or chaperones. Very young children must wear a support panty. 14. If necessary, guests must use the toilets of the rooms/apartments assigned to them. 15. All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be compensated.

VERY IMPORTANT: The roads in Liguria are not very wide furthermore "Villa degli Ulivi" can be reached from the provincial road that leads from Recco to La Spezia. From the center, travel for 1 km until you reach Piazzale Cile, enter Piazzale Cile, turn right and take the private road Via Privata Bastia. Halfway, the Villa welcomes you with a large entrance gate. Once past the main gate there is a climb with a tight curve on the right, you have to take it wide and then immediately tighten. For this reason I recommend renting medium-sized cars while cars too large like a Van could create problems. Better to have 2 medium-sized machines than one too large, the risk is that you cannot reach the villa and you have to park in the square immediately before the private road.
